The aim of the Second national beverage tasting competition "BEST DRINK' 2011" is determination and promotion of the best production of beverage industry.

Alcoholic beverages (liqueurs, balsams, fruit liqueurs)
Vines (ordinary dry, fortified, sparkling)

Beer
Low alcohol drinks

- fruit: (natural, with supplements): berry, citrus, grape

Special nomination: Discovery of the year!
Foreign beverages produced in compliance with all specifications (stuff, organic part, technology), required by producer countries, can participate in the contest (with the aim to satiate Ukrainian consumer market with high quality products).
Producing companies, importers, distributors, retail organizations, HoReCa can apply for the competition.
Best beverages are determined by Expert Commission at the closed tasting of organoleptic characteristics.
Professional tasting commission consists of the leading experts and tasters with great experience, representatives of the Central branch quality control panel, sommeliers, Ministry of Public Health, technologists, independent observers and mass media.
Contest calendar:
- May 20, 2011:
last day of original application reception (with seal and signature of the head) for participation in the contest and reception of samples.
- May 20, 2011:
last day of effecting payment for participation in the competition.
- May 25-26, 2011
