PROFESSIONAL TASTING COMPETITION OF WINES AND
COGNACS
WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION

It is held annually within the
framework of specialized exhibition of drinks
with support of corporation "Ukrwinprom".

The competition is held
among following groups of wines and cognacs:

Wines:
– table wines: natural
(dry, semidry), blended (ordinary dry, semidry,
semisweet)
– fortified wines: strong,
sweet
Sparkling wines:
– carbonated
– sparkling (champagnization
of bottle mode of production, champagnization
of tank mode of production)
Vermouths:
– dry
– strong
– sweet
Cognacs:
– ordinary / V. S.
– V. S. Î. P.
– V. V. S. Î. P.
– X. Î.
Professional tasting commission, which consists of the "Ukrwinprom" concern specialists, evaluates organoleptic indicators of the products presented in the competition in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine on product quality assessment.
Winners of the Competition are awarded with the Cups for the high quality, Golden, Silver and Bronze medals and Participant Diploma.
