The International Trade Fair of oil and gas industry “Oil & Gas 2009” took place on November 3-5, 2009. Organizers of the event are ACCO International Company and NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine”.
Over a period of its existence, International Trade Fair of oil and gas industry “OIL & GAS” holds the position of the main branch event of the country and is thought to be one the most prestigious events of oil and gas industry in Eastern Europe.
Almost 147 exhibitors from 16 countries participated in the exhibition, namely China, USA, Poland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine. Among the exponents are world leaders of the branch: E.ON RUHRGAS, HEAT GROUP, INOGATE, KROHNE, ROSEN Europe B.V., RWE Dea, T.D. WILLIAMSON, VESTAS Oesterreich, SCHLUMBERGER, as well as the leading domestic companies: Motor Sich, Dalgarkiran Compresor, ITO, NADRA Concern, Saturn Data and many others.
Oil & Gas Forum is of great importance for the economy of Ukraine. Leading manufacturers of oil and gas industry equipment offered up-to-date tools and technologies for oil and gas exploration, production and transportation, equipment for energy resources metering and control, automatic process control systems, local area networks, integrated operational systems for plant management, software, innovative projects for oil and gas facilities construction, wide variety of fittings, protective equipment, services for oil and gas complex, etc.
Scientific and technical seminars, round tables and presentations took place within the framework of the exhibition.
The leading manufacturer of drilling equipment “Hong Hua” Company(China) presented its novelties. Participants of the exhibition had an opportunity to acquaint oneself with innovative developments of the company: frequency and transforming drilling equipment.
“ÅSÌ” Company organized conference and seminar “Equipment for technological processes inspection and ecological monitoring in the oil and gas industry". It was dedicated toadvanced manufacturing sciences and equipment in the field of analytical control of liquids and gases in different technological processes. The Company offered its novelties: S::CAN analysers that are assigned for measurement of different water parameters and analysers for determination of hydrogen sulphide concentration in oil and gas industry.
PC “Tutkovski Institute” and “NADRA” concern presented the project “Raising the level of skills of Ukrainian oil and gas industry specialists for international cooperation and work in western companies”. The aim of the program is to support and prepare professionals of new generation. The program of the project includes individual lectures and full courses of leading foreign and domestic scientists. It includes both special disciplines and foreign language teaching, and familiarization with international standards. That is very important for work with foreign companies.
Unfortunately, economic crisis and epidemiological situation in Ukraine prevented many manufacturers from taking part in the exhibition. Representatives of trade and diplomatic missions of Ukraine cancelled their visit because of the quarantine.
The exhibition was highly popular among CEOs’ of the governmental agencies, employees of foreign companies’ representative offices, managers of renowned international companies as well as oil and gas and energy specialists. The Forum improves the positive image of Ukraine as a reliable and predictable business partner.
All in all, holding of the annual Oil and Gas Forum substantially contributed to the establishing and strengthening of relations between Ukrainian companies and foreign partners as well as offered splendid opportunities for a fruitful dialog with potential investors on mutually beneficial projects implementation.
Novelties that were demonstrated in the “Oil and Gas’ 2009” exposition:
Region company offered fluids production stimulation by means of hydraulic fracturing of formation, hydraulic acid fracturing, acid treatment with coiled tubing unit and well completion with nitrogen unit.
JSC "Steklopribor" produces: button cock, assigned to short-term supply of pressure to gauges (and other measuring instruments) for measuring and further pressure relief after measurement completion.
Ftoroplastoviye Tekhnologii branch of Chemcom Ltd demonstrated fluoroplastic square and rectangular shapes.
HEAT Group – Gazgep Kft. Ltd - two-section regulator of gas pressure (model – VF: 50, 100 and 160 cubic meters/hour).
Alpha-Cazpromcomplect, Gas Equipment Plant, LLC – offered its services in the field of manufacture and reconstruction of boiler-houses that run on biofuel (sawdust, timber, etc.).
Lufthansa - oil & energy club, Star Alliance Company Plus, Miles & More.
Lufthansa Company offered special program oil & energy club for visitors and participants of “Oil and Gas” exhibition. Its presentation took place on 3rd of November.
"ARTEZIA" demonstrated control valves with electric drives, pneumatic actuators (of temperature, pressure, level); evaporative valves; cooling plant valves.
Motor Sich, JSC offered models of gas-pumping unit ÃÏÀ-Ê/5,5-ÃÒÏ/6,3ÑÊ, gas-turbine power stations “Motor Sich ÅÃ-6000" and "Motor Sich ÏÀÅÑ-2500".
"HONG HUA-UKRAINE" joint Ukrainian-Chinese enterprise, which realizes bore installation with the maximum depth of boring 9000m, etc.
ENERGOUCHET, JSC demonstrated ultrasonic gas flow meters GUVR-011, assigned for natural, oil and unstripped gas measuring.
Radmirtech, JV LTD offered express –control systems ÝÊ-Á designed for the calculation of natural gas units’ work (on the basis of ÊÂÐ-1 rotary measuring complexes).
SEYM, PE demonstrated novelties in the field of energy-saving technologies.
Arsenal, Plant, SE offered KVR-1 measuring complexes of G16 – G250 dimension-types that are used in commercial accounting of natural gas.
"Selton" Company demonstrated separator filters of ÔÑ type, assigned for refinement of light-end and liquid products containing insolubles.
Samgas-Rivne, LTD offered assembly sets for gas assessment units and gas-distributing points, equipment for repair and gaging of gas meters.
"Klopper Therm GmbH & Co. KG" and "ELMESS-Thermosystemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG" presented electrical heating systems for different applications in industrial and explosion-proof design.
REMA, Trade House, SPF, LTD demonstrated the following production: oil for gascompressor units and electric power stations, etc.
PDNK SAVEWELL, Ltd - Coiled Tubing services for modern equipment.
Techprilad, LTD, SPE - rotary shutter type threefold eccentricity for industrial systems, Zwick Armaturen GmbH(Germany), lined reinforcing bars (Switzerland).
Hennlich Ukraine, llc – offered "Easy Clip" system – mounting and dismantling of atomizers in 10 seconds! Large assortment of springs, linear motion of TNCs; protection of linear movements, quick couplers "Walter"; loading equipment; heat pumps, etc.
Temio, Trade House, LTD – hexane sensors (gasoline vapor) for industrial control units and new series of portable leak detectors.
ALTEMA, LTD exhibited bellows expansion joints, ball cocks, "Butterfly" reversible valves and fluid level control devices.
